Carcass Technologies C.C. represents several companies which supply meat processing machinery. Our company is well positioned to supply almost any equipment needed in the processing of meat. The company also produces a wide range of stunners and stimulators as well as other equipment for use in abattoirs.

The stunner range covers all the requirements needed by abattoirs. From basic units to the sophisticated current controlled model and include units with or without instrumentation.

The stimulator range starts with a basic low energy, low voltage unit for single carcasses and extends to the high energy, low voltage stimulator for multiple carcasses. These stimulators are in use at a large number of abattoirs in Southern Africa. A high energy, high voltage unit is available for dressed carcsses.

We also have a centre-track conveyor system which allows calves and sheep to be easily transported to the point of slaughter. This is especially usefully in high production abattoirs and lends itselt to halaal and kosher slaughter.
